March Full Moon Sound Healing

Join us for a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Healing experience on Saturday, March 15th, from 6:00–7:30 PM. Under the powerful energy of the full moon, allow yourself to relax, release tension, and reset your mind and body through the healing vibrations of sound.

This immersive session will begin with guided breathwork and meditation, preparing you to receive the therapeutic frequencies of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. As the sounds wash over you, they help to clear stagnant energy, promote deep relaxation, and restore inner harmony.
