Paije serves the Florida region as Field Education Leader and is an experienced and knowledgeable expert in color, cutting, styling, and confidence-building who fosters relationships with salon professionals to prioritize education and self/client care. With over 15 years experience, Paije is a multi-faceted Beauty Professional whose passions include color correction, barbering and hair extensions to name a few. She has built her success from the ground up as a Salon Professional, Salon Leader and most recently Field Education Leader. Paije has also been a lead stylist for events in the fashion and media industry including, New Orleans fashion week and Miss Illinois for Miss USA Pageant.Her positive mindset and proactive approach are the foundation of her personal and professional growth. Paije empowers with an inclusive, collaborative spirit in all that she does.

Derrick Montes is the definition of loving what you do, and not working a day in your life. For almost two decades Derrick has gained knowledge and skill in all areas, specializing in hair cutting, barbering and color melting. Derrick has a unique way of revealing the "why" when educating salon professionals and clients alike. Through hard work, passion and dedication Derrick has grown from a salon professional to multi unit salon leader, and presently Regional Training Artist with Hair Cuttery Family of Brands. Derrick believes that education is key; if you stop learning you stop growing.
