Join me for a few hours connecting with the land, listening to nature, our hearts, and each other. Guided nature & forest therapy sessions are open to anyone - no skills needed. Let's give ourselves the gift of spacious attention - trading our busy minds for some sensory, Sunday morning presence.

- Unplug, soften your focus, and notice nature around you.
- Wander in the here and now, putting your to-do list and thoughts aside.

They include a sequence of open invitations - nothing "to do" or "accomplish." They offer time of ease and connection and moments to just be, alongside all the other beings at Folly Farm. Folks don't have to be "outdoorsy" and curiosity is encouraged. We end with tea and time to share!
