Folly Farm Wellness Retreat

Join MAR for a restorative morning at Folly Farm where mindful movement meets hands-on environmental stewardship. This free wellness retreat brings together yoga, a guided walk, and flower planting in a relaxed outdoor setting.

What to Expect

• Guided Yoga Session: Begin the morning with a grounding, all-levels yoga practice led by Beachtown Yoga Safety Harbor, surrounded by the beauty and calm of the nature preserve.
• Garden Tour & Learning Experience: After yoga, enjoy a guided walk through Folly Farm using MAR’s Rooted In Florida Native Plant Guidebook to explore the space, learn about native plants, and discover the importance of pollinator-friendly landscapes.
• Milkweed Planting in the Rainbow Garden: To close the experience, participants will plant milkweed flowers in the Rainbow Garden, directly supporting pollinators and contributing to the long-term care of this special space.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided as we gather, connect, and regenerate together.
