March Five Course Wine Pairing Dinner

Our March Wine Dinner features exceptional California wines from Ancient Peaks Winery and One Stone Cellars, thoughtfully paired with a menu by Chef Eric Reid that blends California influence with classic Italian technique.

Ancient Peaks is produced on the Santa Margarita Ranch, owned by three local longtime wine growing and ranching families. One Stone Cellars is a project of Ancient Peaks, and every bottle supports Dream Big Darling, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring women in the wine and spirits industry.

We’re putting the final touches on the menu, but get ready for standout dishes like fried carnitas ravioli, slow-cooked beef cheeks, and a savory goat cheese cheesecake!

Arugula, red onion, grapefruit & walnut praline with juniper berry vinaigrette

One Stone Rosé
Grilled shrimp with melon butter

Ancient Peaks Merlot
Fried carnitas ravioli, pineapple mole

One Stone Cabernet Sauvignon
Slow cooked beef cheeks with masa crumble, roasted chiles & salsa macha

Ancient Peaks Oyster Ridge Blend
Goat cheese cheese cake, lemon evoo, cracked black pepper, cracker crust, flaky salt

Doors open at 6pm, and the first course will be served at 6:30.
