March 3 An Evening of Expression, Truth & Vibrational Clarity
This month, we gather in the frequency of the Throat Chakra, the energetic center of communication, authenticity, and creative expression. Associated with the colour blue, this chakra invites spaciousness — like a clear sky — where your inner truth can finally breathe.
During this immersive sound bath, you’ll be guided through gentle practices that open the pathways between your inner world and your outer voice. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and resonant tones will support the release of tension in the neck, jaw, and shoulders while encouraging clarity, confidence, and self-honouring expression.
Why the Throat Chakra?
When the Throat Chakra is balanced, we speak with ease, listen with presence, and express ourselves without fear. When it’s blocked, we may feel unheard, hesitant, or disconnected from our creative flow. This session is designed to help you soften those barriers and reconnect with your natural voice — the one that knows exactly what you need.
What to Expect
- A grounding arrival ritual to settle your energy
- A guided visualization to awaken the Throat Chakra
- A full-body sound bath using frequencies that support clarity, expression, and emotional release
- Gentle breathwork to open the throat and chest
- Space for integration, reflection, and quiet presence
What to Bring
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A blanket and pillow for warmth and support
- Water (hydration helps energy flow)
- A journal if you feel called to capture insights or inspirations
- Wear something cozy — touches of blue are welcome if you want to align with the theme
You’ll be immersed in the tones and vibrations of brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other throat‑opening instruments.
