We had a full house for the opening and would love to see you as we close out!
Mara: 40 Years of Oromo Knowledge Making is an exhibition honoring Indigenous Oromo knowledge and the many ways communities have built, carried, and remade knowledge across generations.
Mara is curated by Oromo archivist and researcher Ayantu Tibeso, archivist and artist, Ego Ahaiwe Sowinski, and designer and illustrator Matshoshi Matsufu. It is presented at Soomaal House of Art, an artist-led collective, arts organization and gallery in Minneapolis.

Wednesday Aug 12th, 1 to 6pm
Friday Aug 14th 1 to 6pm
Saturday Aug 15th 1 to 6pm
Sunday Aug 16th 1 to 8pm which includes the closing celebration 5p to 8pm
