We use maps for direction, to understand ourselves in relation to the landscape in which we exist, for a clear view of where we have been, and how far we have traveled. Maps show us where the landscape may pose physical and navigational challenges, where there is possible risk and where there is relative safety. Maps can guide us when we are lost, lead us home, or offer routes to new adventures.
Join us for this month's Taboo Talk, Mapping the Landscape of Place, as we map and explore the landscapes of our lives together. A small book of mapping exercises will be offered to participants.
The Taboo Talks series offers a safe, non-judgmental space to share our thoughts in the company of other women. During Taboo Talks we practice deep listening and speaking from our own experience. Light refreshments are offered. Taboo Talks are provided at no cost and donations are welcome.
Please contact Pam to RSVP by 8/7/26 by text or phone (207)-479-0552, by email at [email protected], or by signing up on our Facebook event online.
