DEFY Dolphins Total Performance Camp 🐬Open to competitive swimmers ages 9+, this 4-day camp is designed to develop the complete swimmer.
Train with Coach Matt Montgomery, the DEFY coaching staff, collegiate athletes, and special guests as we focus on performance in and out of the water.
Each day includes:

• Dryland + flexibility
