About this Event
Join us in person to focus on the mental health and wellbeing of tenant-facing, frontline social housing teams.
As the complexity and volume of frontline work continues to increase, there is growing evidence of higher levels of stress, fatigue and burnout across the sector. Staff are managing more demanding caseloads, more complex tenant needs and sustained service pressures, often without additional capacity or support.
Hosted by the USW Housing and Health Research Network, this event brings together professionals from social housing and partner services to look directly at these challenges. The focus is on setting clear priorities for action to better support the wellbeing of frontline teams.
Through discussion and shared experience, we will look at what is driving burnout, what is helping, and where the sector needs to act next. The aim is to agree a small number of practical priorities that organisations can take forward to better support their workforce.
If you work in or alongside frontline housing services, this is a chance to contribute to shaping a more sustainable and supportive approach for the people delivering these services every day.
