Maple Tree Neighborhood Picnic/Potluck

Welcome to the Maple Tree Neighborhood Picnic/Potluck!

Come join us at Orchards Community Park for a fun-filled day of food, games, and community spirit. Burgers and Hot Dogs will be provided. Bring some chips, your favorite side dish, or a dessert to share and enjoy the company of your neighbors.

The event is FREE for Maple Tree Neighborhood residents- but we ask that you get a ticket so that we can plan for how many people are going to attend.

Community partners will be there to share information with you:

• FVRL (the library) will be there to share their summer reading sign-up and all the services they provide.
• Animal Protection & Control will be there with their truck.
• Clark County Sheriff's Office (attendance subject to emergency call-outs)
• Recycle & We Compost! demonstration
• Lion's Club will be there to do vision screenings and have a drop off for donations of your used glasses.
• Clark County Parks will have a display of the future plans for our park and ideas for new playground equipment.

Let's come together and celebrate our neighborhood and wonderful park! We have the covered area reserved for our neighborhood group for the day.

As we all know, parking can be limited, so carpooling or walking to the park if you're close by, are recommended if possible. We hope to see you there!

*There will be a donation jar at the picnic to help with expenses, or you can contact Jordon ahead of time if you'd like to help out by volunteering or donating food or funds. Picnic is organized and paid for by neighborhood association volunteers and any help is appreciated.
