We are raising awareness, educating the public, and fostering hope by creating a community where we all come together to discuss this very serious issue. Increase your understanding of suicide, its prevalence, the risk factors and access to tools. Increase your knowledge base of factors contributing to suicide rates, approaches to suicide prevention, and other important information.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness, Jenny has combined research, lived experience, and practical solutions to offer individuals and organizations a way forward. Thrive Education workshops provide tools, resources, and support for building a culture of connection, resilience, and empowerment; whether addressing suicide prevention or creating a foundation for thriving.

As the creator of Thrive Education, l’ve developed a dual approach that addresses both the prevention of suicide and the empowerment to thrive.
