Join us for Map & Compass 101!
We're going to be covering:
- Identifying Basic parts of the compass
- How to read Topographic Maps & Measuring Distance
- How to orient your map
- Following a bearing
After some time working on the skills we will spend some time outside practicing what you've learned on a small orienteering course at the shop!
We cap this course at 12 Participants per class to ensure that everyone has time to fully understand and practice the material that is being taught! Swing by the shop, give us a call at 316-358-7735, or message us to reserve your spot!
