In this Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) course, you will learn the anatomy and function of the lymphatic system, gaining an understanding of its vital role in immune response and fluid balance. Through practical, hands-on training, you will master the gentle, rhythmic techniques of MLD, which are essential for supporting auto-immune conditions and reducing post-surgical swelling. This knowledge will enable you to seamlessly incorporate MLD into your practice without the need for additional supplies or equipment.

The course also covers the identification of contraindications and the development of effective communication skills, equipping you to deliver evidence-based MLD treatments and enhance overall wellness.
This class prepares you to work with individuals who have intact lymphatic systems and serves as a prerequisite for the Lymphedema (LE) course.
