This month's Lifted Dharma Circle Lacey and Stacy will be guiding you through making an Inspiration Board. An Inspiration Board is a board that inspires you to be your best self. This isn't about setting goals or making plans, instead it's about reminding yourself of your best qualities and making a board you can get inspired by whenever you look at it. We'll be tapping into the 1/11 magic as we make these inspiration boards, setting ourselves up for the BEST YEAR EVER!!! All tools will be provided. ~

What is Lifted Dharma Circle?
Lifted~ to elevate yourself and others
Dharma~ an individual's duty or purpose; the basic principles of cosmic or individual existence.
Circle~ a group of people with a shared purpose to support and uplift one another.
Lifted Dharma Circle is a gathering of supportive individuals where we can share our goals, dreams and aspirations, help each other stay accountable and be supportive while holding space. We’ll gather to share words of encouragement, practice journaling, meditation, rituals and maybe even some spell work to help us all bring our intentions and purpose to fruition.

Donation Based event ~ Suggested Donation $5 or more. Your donation goes to supporting the teachers and studio so that we may continue to give yoga as freely as possible.
