Come join us in person for the fourth edition of our Mantra Song Circle, served with grounding Balinese Red Rice Tea to calm the nervous system.

• Explore mantra as a practice to calm the mind
• Using voice as a tool to regulate nervous system
• Deepen your yoga ‘off the mat’ with Bhakti Yoga, Yoga of the Heart (Devotion)

Instruments such as shamanic drum and percussive shakers will be provided for you to use.
