This April, join TMF Phoenix Chapter @libertyperformance on Saturday April 25th for the 2026 Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) as we honor the courage and sacrifice of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who gave his life serving our country on 04/29/2007. All fitness levels are encouraged to take on the workout which consists of a 400 meter run and 29 back squats, repeated for 7 rounds, in honor of Travis’s final act of service. Your participation and contributions directly support Travis Manion Foundation in carrying out Travis’s legacy. If you are unable to join us, you can still make a lasting impact by donating through our fundraising page linked in our bio.
