IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Signing of waiver, submission of certificate (medical/marathon/ultramarathon) and race kit claiming will be on race day at the venue.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
*Eligibility & Safety*
- Must be 21 years old and above.
- Have submitted the signed waiver and fit-to-run certificate/marathon or ultramarathon certificate/proof of finish.
- Must understand the race's nature and requirements.
- Have necessary training for the race.
- Must be self-reliant and responsible for their own safety, with the skills to self-diagnose and manage problems, changing weather, and other unforeseen circumstances without external assistance during the race.
*Race Day*
- Runners should be in the assembly area on time and required to check in with the organizers.
- Runners must wear race bib and the reflective gear/vest during the entire race.
- Stick to official course and pass through checkpoints.
- Race markers or marshals will be posted on critical points along the course.
- Run single file on far left side, facing traffic (no road closure).
- Watch out for vehicles, dogs, road humps, and holes
- If lost, return to course; additional distance won't counted
*Support & Gear*
- Hydration stations will be provided along the course.
- Bring own hydration bottles/bag (no disposable cups on hydration stations)
- Mandatory gear upon check-in: reflective gear/vest, head lamp/lights, full charge cellphone, pocket money, first aid kit. Incomplete safety gears, no race.
- Drop bag available at start/finish
- Organizers not responsible for personal belongings.
*Support Vehicles*
- Support vehicle is optional.
- Runners should register their support vehicle's details.
- Support vehicles allowed at designated areas only. See race map.
- Park off the road. Pull completely off shoulder. Do not block traffic or runner lane.
- Flashers on. Use hazard lights when parked at support zones
- No pacing from vehicles. Do not drive alongside runners on the road.
- Follow marshal directions for turnaround points.
- Do not rest inside the vehicle.
- Leave no trace. All trash goes with you
*Registration & Withdrawal*
- Keep proof of payment for race kit claiming
- Registration fee is non-refundable
- If you can’t complete the race, you must notify the race director thru a call or text message or any marshal/staff giving your race bib number, which will officially withdraw you from the race.
- Written protest with proof should be submitted within 1 hour after the race cut-off time in case there’s complaint against cheating or violation of rules.
- Any violation on race guidelines will result to runner's disqualification.
- Race Director and marshals will enforce.

- The event will proceed rain or shine unless
- The organizers reserves the right to change rules and regulations at any time without prior notice to the participants.
- The Race Director’s decision is final and non-appealable.
