Manifesting with the Heart: A Harp Sound JourneyOpen your heart and step into an evening of sound, breath, and soulful connection as the sound healer and professional harpist Jessica Browning guides you through a transformative journey of meditation, music, and creative reflection. This heart-centered experience blends the healing vibrations of the harp, breathwork, group toning, and journaling/drawing; creating a space for deep relaxation, self-discovery, and renewal.
The journey begins with gentle breathwork and embodiment techniques, including group toning, to open the voice and awaken the body's natural resonance. As the celestial tones of Jessica’s harp fill the space, you’ll be invited to quiet the mind, connect with your heart’s wisdom, and embrace the present moment.
Following the meditation, we will take time for creative reflection—a chance to write or draw the dreams you hold in your heart. During this time, Jessica will continue to play her harp and sing, weaving an atmosphere of inspiration and deep presence as you bring your visions to life through words and art.
To close the evening, we will share a grounding exercise to bring awareness back into the body and integrate the experience. We will also engage in a special, intentional activity, designed to open the heart, foster connection, and leave you feeling uplifted and inspired. The perfect way to conclude your experience
Meet Jessica Browning
Jessica Browning is an American harpist, singer, sound healer, yoga teacher, activist, and artist who arrived in Wellington, New Zealand this December, after crossing the Pacific Ocean on her sailboat with her husband, son, and three harps. Much of the music you will hear during this concert was written in the middle of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, inspired by the rhythm of the waves and the deep call of the heart.
Jessica has performed across the globe, being a featured artist in France, the United States, India, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Iceland, Australia, the Caribbean Islands, and currently New Zealand. Her music is infused with themes of water, feminine power, and our connection to nature—a reflection of her journeys across the seas and within the heart.
Come to this soul-stirring experience, where you will be transported into the waves of your heart, carried by the ethereal melodies of Jessica’s harp.
