Hour 1: Welcome & Warm-Up
• Pilates Flow (45 mins)
• A fun, energizing Pilates session led by a certified instructor to awaken the body and set the vibe.
• Focus: Strength, connection, and opening energy channels.

Hour 2: Meditation & Manifestation Workshops
• Manifesting Workshop (50 mins)
• Guided meditation and goal-setting session.

Hour 3
• Mindset Reset Panel (30 mins)
