Join Uma Alexandra Beepat for Manifestation Monday, a weekly experience combining spiritual teaching, guided meditation, intentional journaling, and practical manifestation techniques designed to help you become more conscious and intentional about what you are creating in your life.

Our first class explores one of the most important foundations of manifestation: Clarity.

What do you really want? Not what you think you should want. Not what other people expect from you. Not what sounds practical or impressive. What do you genuinely desire for this season of your life?

During this one-hour class, we’ll explore the difference between authentic desires and outside expectations, uncover the deeper feelings behind the things we want, and examine where uncertainty or conflicting desires may be keeping us stuck.

You’ll then be guided through a manifestation meditation followed by intentional journaling designed to help you connect with what you truly want and identify one aligned action you can begin taking toward it.

Each Manifestation Monday explores a different aspect of conscious manifestation, so you can attend one class or return regularly to deepen your practice.

No previous meditation, journaling, or manifestation experience is necessary. Bring a journal and pen and come ready to explore what you’re ready to create next.
