Have you ever been completely sure you wanted something, yet found yourself repeatedly doing things that seemed to move you in the opposite direction?

You may want greater financial abundance but also fear the responsibility that comes with greater success.

You may want a loving relationship but value the independence and emotional safety of being alone.

You may want to grow your business but also crave more freedom and less responsibility. You may want change while another part of you desperately wants things to remain familiar.

Sometimes the problem isn't that you don't know what you want. It's that you want two things that seem to contradict each other.

In this week's Manifestation Monday, Uma Alexandra Beepat will explore conflicting desires and how they can influence the choices we make while trying to create something new.

Through spiritual teaching, guided meditation, intentional journaling, and reflection, we'll examine where you may be sending yourself in two different directions and uncover what each side of the conflict is actually trying to give you.

Rather than judging yourself for feeling uncertain or "blocking" your manifestation, you'll learn to become curious about the competing needs underneath your desires.

Sometimes the answer isn't choosing one and sacrificing the other. It's discovering a new possibility that honors both.

You'll leave with greater awareness of where conflicting desires may be showing up in your life, what those desires are trying to tell you, and one aligned action you can take toward greater clarity.

No previous meditation, journaling, or manifestation experience is necessary. Bring a journal and pen and come ready to have an honest conversation with yourself about what you want and what may be pulling you in another direction.
