A Four-Hour In-Person Journey of Reflection, Intuition, Healing & Feminine Wisdom

There is a season for holding on, a season for letting go, a season for resting, and a season for beginning again.

This September, The Goddess Retreat explores the wisdom of Demeter, the Greek Goddess associated with the harvest, nourishment, motherhood, grief, the changing seasons, and the natural cycles of life.

Demeter's story reminds us that our lives have seasons too.

Relationships change. Children grow. Careers shift. Dreams evolve. Identities we once needed may no longer fit. Sometimes our greatest struggle comes not from the change itself, but from trying to remain in a season that has already ended.

Together, we'll explore the question:

What happens when a season of your life has ended, but you're still trying to live in it?

The Goddess Retreat is an intimate four-hour experience created for women to step away from everyday life, gather in sacred space, reconnect with themselves, receive spiritual guidance and healing, and explore the wisdom of the Divine Feminine.

Each month, we honor a different Goddess and allow her story and archetype to guide the experience.

The Lotus Goddess Retreat Experience:

Opening Altar Ceremony & Prayer

We will begin gathered around our Goddess altar honoring Demeter.

Each participant is invited during our opening ceremony.

Mystical Talk on the Goddess Demeter

We'll explore Demeter's mythology, symbolism, archetype, and spiritual lessons while bringing her ancient wisdom into our modern lives.

Rather than simply learning about Demeter, we'll ask:

What can her story teach us about our own lives?

Guided Goddess Meditation

Journey inward through a guided meditation inspired by Demeter and the changing seasons.

Goddess Journaling

Through guided reflection and journaling prompts, you'll explore what you're harvesting from the season behind you, what you're ready to release, what needs rest, and what you're ready to begin nurturing for the season ahead.

Goddess Message Circle

We'll gather for an intimate Goddess Message Circle devoted to spiritual and intuitive guidance. This is an opportunity to slow down, listen, receive, and allow whatever messages are meant to come forward during our time together.

Goddess Tea & Connection

We'll take a short break for refreshments, conversation, connection, and time to simply enjoy being together in sacred community.

Goddess Healing Circle

Our Goddess Healing Circle creates space to move from understanding into healing. Together we'll enter a deeper energetic experience focused on release, restoration, receiving, and reconnecting with ourselves.

Goddess Sound Bath

After our healing work, you'll be invited to lie back, get comfortable, and receive a transformative Sound Bath.

Allow sound and vibration to support relaxation, energetic integration, and stillness after the deeper work of the retreat.

What to Bring:

• One flower to place on the Demeter altar as your offering.
• One small candle to light on the altar. You will take your candle home at the end of the retreat.
• A journal and pen for reflection and guided journaling.
• A yoga mat so you can comfortably lie down during meditation, healing, and the sound bath.
• Tarot/Oracle Cards for the Message circle
• An open heart and willingness to receive.

You may also bring a blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable while lying down.

Refreshments will be provided.

No previous knowledge of Goddess spirituality, mythology, meditation, energy healing, or intuitive work is necessary.

Space is intentionally limited to 12 women to preserve the intimate and personal nature of this experience.
