Manifest Your Year: Clarity, Action, and Empowerment Workshop and SoundBath

This workshop is designed to help attendees break through limiting beliefs and get clear on their goals for the new year and beyond. You will create actionable steps you can take immediately post-workshop. There will be journaling, and group work, and it will culminate with a meditation/sound bath led by Sound Healing Project to integrate and support your dreams in the new year.

Stacy Brogan is a Certified Life Coach in San Francisco. Her passion for people and extensive life experience fuels her desire to help everyone live the life they've always dreamed of. What to Bring: Participants will need to bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat. Optional items are a pillow, blanket, and/or eye mask for comfort during the sound bath.
