This isn't just a crafty, magazine-cutting class - it’s a reset for your mindset.
Led by Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Mojgan Pourmand (Dr. Mo), this workshop is a supportive space to explore your 2026 goals through the lens of psychology and neuroscience.
In this 2-hour creative intensive, Dr. Mo goes beyond the glue stick.
You'll begin by learning the neuroscience of manifestation, explaining how your brain’s biology can be primed to recognize opportunities and turn your internal vision into a tangible reality.

- Expert Clinical Insight: Dr. Mo provides a brief educational deep-dive into the biological side of manifestation and the different types of vision boards used to facilitate change.
- Materials Provided: Your investment includes a sturdy, medium-sized foam board, supplies, a collection of imagery, words, and fun affirmation stickers. (Participants are also encouraged to bring their own old magazines to use or share with the group!)
- The “Stay Inspired” Plan: You won't just build a board and forget it. We conclude with reflection questions and actionable tips on how to actively engage with your vision board throughout the year to keep your motivation alive.
- Mindful Conclusion: Depending on time, we will close with a short meditation to ground your intentions and lock in your focus.
