• Bring your own favorite cup for the Cacao Serving
• Wear casual, comfortable clothes.
• Try to have no big meals 90 mins beforehand and no food 45 mins beforehand as it can be uncomfortable to breathe with a full stomach.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Bring a yoga mat
• Bring pen/paper if you need it
• Feel free to bring extra blankets and pillows for added comfort.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for this enriching experience.
