In each session, you’ll explore a different theme — from releasing anxiety and stuck emotions to reclaiming joy, creating aligned rituals, and rewiring limiting beliefs at the root. Through a blend of breathwork, somatic practices, guided inquiry, and nervous system tools, you’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and learn how to release it — so you can step into your power, trust yourself fully, and create the life you know you’re here for.

A somatic experience to activate joy, raise your vibration, and attract what you desire.

What if manifesting your desires didn’t require more effort, but more joy?

Because when you’re in your joy and feeling good in your body, the real magic happens. That’s when life flows, and you naturally align with the love, money, opportunities, and abundance you’re seeking.

But most of us are unconsciously blocking our own joy (and dreams!) in the name of productivity, healing, or believing we have to “earn it” first.

In this immersive workshop, you’ll shift out of the cycle of striving and doing, and into a state of expansion, lightness, and receiving — using powerful somatic tools like movement, gratitude, and joyful rituals.

You’ll learn:

- The subtle ways we block joy & pleasure

- How to stop postponing joy until you’ve achieved enough & integrate it into your daily life now (even if you’re busy or in a hard season)
