MANDATORY FALLS CREEK PARENT MEETING🚨SUNDAY MAY 17 - AT 5PM🚨
Here are the details:
🥳 MANDATORY parent meeting for all parents of Students signed up for Falls Creek Youth Camp (completed grades 7-12).
🧐 Is it really mandatory? YEP! If you are not present at the meeting and have not made prior arrangements with James then your child will be removed from the camper list and replaced with a student who is on the waitlist. (a text 10 mins before saying you wont be there doesn't count as prior arrangements) We ask you do your best to attend. With 150+ campers this year, it’s simply not possible make special arrangements for everyone. Mark your calendars now so you don’t miss it!!
😳 We will fill up fast! Be sure your friends are registered and aware of parent meeting! We will start a waitlist if we fill up!
🤷🏼♂️Why is there a parent meeting? Because communication is important. Lots of parents are trusting us with their student. We want to be clear about rules and expectations and partner with parents to make sure all is understood before driving to Oklahoma. The meeting will be brief, informative (think packing list, dress code, discipline, emergency info) and in our 14 years of ministry we’ve found it to be the easiest way to answer everyone’s questions!
💵 Cost for camp is $250 per camper or $400 per family with 2 or more students. This will be due before we leave but would prefer to have as much of it squared away as possible at parent meeting. If your camper needs a scholarship, please chat with James at or before parent meeting.
