Join us for a curated tasting journey celebrating the bold and diverse flavors of Texas! This unique pairing experience features five Texas wines, each thoughtfully matched with a small bite designed to enhance and complement every sip.
From crisp whites to rich reds, you’ll explore a range of varietals while discovering how flavors interact—bright acidity, fresh ingredients, smooth tannins,savory bites, and everything in between.

Each pairing is crafted to highlight the character of the wine while introducing exciting flavor combinations that elevate the entire tasting experience.

This experience is curated by Pastry Chef and wine enthusiast Sadye Carroll, alongside her husband, Brandon Carroll. Both are graduates of The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio and bring years of experience from restaurants and hotels throughout the state of Texas.

Sadye holds WSET certifications, as well as a Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. With a deep passion for wine and a love of pairing it with exceptional food, Sadye is excited to guide you through an evening of exploration, showcasing wines and flavors perfect for any occasion.
