Wider-than-average trail paths climb and contour the park’s hillsides, creating an enjoyable and accessible experience for walkers, runners, and cyclists of all abilities.

Mandan Park now features approximately four miles of newly completed natural-surface trails across twelve segments, including optional wood features for riders seeking added challenge. Designed to be beginner-friendly while still engaging for experienced users, the system encourages exploration, confidence-building, and connection to nature.
As development continues, Omaha Parks & Recreation and THOR remain committed to creating inclusive spaces that support healthy activity, youth engagement, and meaningful outdoor experiences close to home.
