Welcome to the beautiful world of dot mandalas and
mindfulness. Their circular shape and symmetry is very pleasing to the eye, and creating them is a deeply absorbing and relaxing process. You will learn how to create a beautiful dot mandala and be fully immersed in the present moment.
Creating a dot mandala is a pleasant enchanting activity even for those who say "I can't draw". And it is also a transformational process during which we release accumulated emotions and stress through creativity. This is a space to get to know yourself more deeply and find your inner treasures that haven´t yet been discovered.
During the class we will dot a mandala resembling a geometric figure. Why mandala? You can dot any image, but creating a mandala is one of the easiest ways to get started. Sometimes you don't even need to know in advance what the created drawing will look like - it's important to relax and let yourself grow into it. We will dot the canvas with acrylic paints, and at the end of the session you will be able to take home your mandala.
Evelina Kauspadas is a certified dotting technique teacher, a practitioner of Zen Buddhism and a self-development researcher. She also has initiation in Krya Yoga and various meditations (Zazen, Hemi Sync, Inner Dance).
Evelina started dotting and teaching in 2019 and has led workshops in Norway and Lithuania.
The duration of the workshop is 4 hours.
