Starting off the year as we mean to go on! Come down and join us to wrap up taper week by doing a shakeout 5km run!
The run will start and end at Manchester Central (Hyrox Manchester Venue)
All abilities are welcome with paces ranging from 5 min/km - 7 min/km. You don’t have to be racing in Manchester to come down and join in!
