Manchester Claims Association Mock Trial

The Manchester Claims Association is pleased to present a live mock trial examining a contested personal injury claim arising from a road traffic accident. This event is designed to provide attendees with a practical and engaging insight into the litigation process where liability is not in dispute, but key elements of the claim remain contested.
The mock trial focuses on a claim in which responsibility for the accident has been admitted. The central issues for determination relate to the nature and extent of the alleged injuries, and whether those injuries were caused by the incident in question.
