🌽 Viva São João! Our Arraiá is going JuLina! 🤠🔥
Since June is the busiest month for the LGBTQIA+ community with Pride celebrations, our Arraiá is actually a Festa JuLina! We are keeping the festive spirit alive right into July, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.
This marks a massive milestone: Our very first Manas do Vale Party for the entire LGBTQIA+ community — not only women! 🌈✨
If you’ve never experienced a traditional Brazilian Festa Junina (or JuLina or Arraiá!), you are missing out on one of the most vibrant, joyful, and delicious celebrations in the world. Originally honoring countryside traditions, we are bringing that warmth, color, and community spirit straight to Dublin—with an inclusive, proud twist.
✨ What Makes Our Arraiá So Special?
- 🌽 The Ultimate Food Feast: Let’s be honest, usually people go there specially for the incredible variety of food! Get ready for a delicious, comforting menu featuring traditional treats like pamonha, canjica, bolo de fubá (corn cake), and sweet pé de moleque.
- 👗 The Costumes: Time to get creative! Dust off your checkered shirts, patchwork denim, straw hats, and cute braided hair.
- 💃🕺The Dance & Vibes: We are bringing the traditional Quadrilha to the floor—a traditional folk dance that tells a funny story about a countryside wedding! 👰🎶 Get ready to follow the steps, surrounded by colorful bandeirinhas (paper flags), great music, and unmatched energy.
- 💋 Barraca do Beijo (Kissing Booth): The ultimate classic! Stop by to share a sweet moment, take a cute photo, or spark a new flame. 😉
- 💌 Correio Elegante (Love Notes): Want to break the ice? Send a secret, anonymous (or not!) flirtatious note to your crush at the party through our special delivery team!
- 🏳️🌈 The Community: A safe, joyful, and inclusive space where everyone in our beautiful community can dance, eat, and celebrate love and culture together.
