Course Description

This course is designed to increase learners’ confidence and capability in management theory and practice. It provides new and aspiring managers with the foundational skills required to lead teams effectively, handle common management challenges, and develop a strong personal management style. The training focuses on building knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to navigate real‑world managerial responsibilities.
