About this Event
The Higher Education Networking Collective is a community dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and career growth for professionals working in higher education. This workshop dives into personal blinds pots - when strengths go into overdrive. Through reflective discussions participants will increase self-awareness, learn to identify their blind spot triggers, and develop techniques to prevent strengths from becoming weaknesses.
