We know that our kids can get overstimulated and the majority of the time when we slow down, turn the outside noise off and get a drink of water we can help them settle and continue on. Sometimes we need the exact same thing to reset our nervous system.
We invite you to do just that with us every second Wednesday of the month. Robin Barnes with Sounds for the Soul will create a peaceful sound immersion where you will allow the sound vibrations to wash over you and reset your frazzled nervous system. You will be eased into the experience with guided breath. So drop your kiddos off at school, invite a friend to join you and make your way to our welcoming space. When you arrive, you will enjoy a complimentary drink.
