Adirondack Regional Theatre proudly presents the world premiere of MAMA: Survival Guide Required by award-winning, local playwright Tracy Vicory-Rosenquest.
At its heart, MAMA:Survival Guide Required is a love letter to motherhood in all its forms—the exhaustion, the joy, and the deep, unbreakable bonds that shape our lives. Come laugh, cry, and squirm through all the moments that are impossibly hard and heartbreakingly human. It’s a reminder that while there is no perfect guide to being a mom, none of us are ever truly doing it alone.
