Step into a serene and supportive space for meditation, reflection, and deep energetic alignment. This guided sound journey is an invitation to reconnect with your inner self, clarify your intentions, and prepare energetically for the month ahead.
We’ll begin with gentle intention-setting, followed by a guided meditation in savasana. From there, you’ll be immersed in a transformative soundscape created with Crystal Alchemy Bowls, Koshi chimes, ocean drum, gongs, and more.
These vibrational instruments work on a cellular level—helping you clear stagnant energy, raise your frequency, and manifest aligned desires.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for spot placement and setup so we may start on time.
Doors will open at 6:15 pm for you to enter the space.
Prepare accordingly:
Dress in layers, bring your own:
mats
blankets
pillows
or camping mat/pad/thermarest pad
and extra blankets
Eye mask or eye pillow
You will be lying down for 45 minutes.
We recommend if you chill easy to bring an extra blanket for your own personal comfort
All other personal items will be left in the lobby so please plan accordingly.
All cell phones MUST be turned off completely for the duration of the event. Cell phones may be left in the outer lobby for your convenience, but they are not permitted in the space during the event . Apple watches Fit Bit, and smart watches MUST be turned off and left out in the lobby also.
A Sound Journey is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that uses vibrational sound to guide you into states of relaxation, self-discovery, and energetic balance. It is not a performance — but rather a sacred offering of sound as medicine.
During the session, you are invited to rest comfortably (lying down or seated) as a tapestry of live sound unfolds around you. Instruments such as Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, ocean drums, and other healing tools are intuitively played to create an atmosphere of serenity and deep resonance.
These sounds work on a cellular level, helping to:
Calm the nervous system
Release tension and emotional blockages
Balance the chakras and subtle energy systems
Support mental clarity and emotional regulation
Restore connection to your body, intuition, and higher self
As the vibrations move through the body, many experience a shift in consciousness — from thinking to sensing, from effort to ease — allowing space for personal insight, restoration, or simply a peaceful reset.
