This is a one day retreat designed to nurture the body, mind and spirit of Mom’s all over the Austin areas. Hopefully this will also give everyone an opportunity to make some mom friends as well. The day will include some yoga and a yummy lunch to nurture the body, a short self-love/self care workshop with Licensed Professional Counselor, Ashley Errico, and then a fun art project and self care activity to end the day and fill the spirit!
