A fun, low impact, dance party for new moms and their infants up to 6 months old. Parents will wear their baby in a carrier as they sway and bounce to grown up music and have fun connecting with other adults. Dancing is 30 minutes, with the rest of the class time set aside for guided connection and community building, as well as plenty of opportunities to take care of any mama or baby needs that may arise.
