About this Event

This Mama & Me Yogalates class is designed to support your body while creating meaningful space to move, bond, and connect — with your little one by your side.

Each class offers yoga- and Pilates-inspired movement, core and pelvic floor support, playful interaction, and space to settle into your body in a safe, welcoming environment.

For this special collaboration with Cheeky Monkeys, your experience includes 45 minutes of Yogalates for you, followed by 45 minutes of playtime for your children — so you can move your body and then stay, relax, and connect while your little ones explore.

We love littles! This is a mama-focused class that you can bring your baby and/or toddler along to join (0–5 years of age). Children can snuggle, nurse, play nearby, or join in on the class. Older siblings are welcome too. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you. This class is prenatal-friendly!

Your ticket includes one adult and your children — please only register the adult, no need to book separate tickets for kids.

This class is for mothers who want to rebuild strength, nurture connection, and care for themselves — without needing childcare or adding more stress to their week.

And to make it extra special, JuJu the mascot will be making an appearance 🐒
