On June 13th, Breath by Design is partnering with Honor Yoga to bring you a one-of-a-kind experience that combines aerial silks with 9D breathwork + sound. This has never been done before in DFW.
This event also marks the beginning of our Rest + Restore Series, created from a deeper understanding that most people are not lacking discipline; they are lacking safety. Your body cannot fully relax, release, or heal unless it feels supported first.
When your body is fully supported in the silks, it signals safety to the brain faster.
When the breath is layered in, the nervous system begins to regulate.
When sound is added, the body integrates at a deeper level.
This is the combination your nervous system has been looking for. This is not just relaxation. This is true rest and restoration.

Due to the intimate nature of this container, guests will select one of two time options and one of two journeys:
1:00–3:00 PM | Breath to Presence, 9D Journey & 9D Sound Bath
Designed to help you release resistance, clear mental clutter, and reconnect to your clarity, focus, and natural motivation.
4:00–6:00 PM | Down Regulation, 9D Journey & 9D Sound Bath
Designed to guide you into deep relaxation, activate the parasympathetic state, and support full nervous system repair and restoration.
Both experiences include a 30-minute immersive 9D sound bath to anchor and integrate your journey.
Only 13 participants per class to ensure depth, safety, and personalized support.
Meet Your Facilitators
Dr. Rachel Sims is a licensed therapist, owner of Uncomplicated Therapy, best-selling author of Are You Love Smart or Love Stupid, and certified somatic trauma-informed and 9D Breathwork facilitator. With over a decade in mental health, trauma work, and emotional reprogramming, she brings clinical precision, heart-centered care, and depth to every session. As co-founder of Breath by Design alongside her mother, Lisa, she has helped hundreds regulate their nervous systems and reconnect to their inner truth.
Lisa Young is a Certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki II practitioner, and co-founder of Breath by Design. With over 30 years in natural healing and a background in Oriental Medicine and corporate leadership, she blends energy work and breath to help others release stored trauma and return to their authentic selves.
