Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to host a third Mala Making Workshop with Lucy Pugh, thanks to funding by Arts Council England
During this workshop, you will be expertly guided through the process of creating your own 108 bead Mala necklace, infusing each knot with your unique affirmations and intentions, whilst learning about the rich history of Mala meditation. It's more than just crafting jewellery; it's an ancient, soulful practice of self-expression and mindfulness.
Throughout the workshop, gentle yoga and meditation sessions enhance the atmosphere, allowing you to sink deeper into relaxation and connect with your inner self. Each bead you add to your mala becomes a symbol of your journey, a tangible reminder of the intentions you've set.
All materials are thoughtfully provided.
Teas, coffees and refreshments will also be available.
