What is a mala? It is a beaded necklace used with mantra as powerful tools in meditation practice and can be an energetic reminder of the direction one is headed.
This session will consist of learning to and making your own 108 beaded mala and a meditation session with guidance on how to use it.

The aim of this workshop is that you'll get to take your mala home and use it for a deeper meditation experience everyday.
All supplies and light refreshments are included. We'll use mainly Rudraksha with some semi precious stone beads.
