Learn about the history and meaning behind mala beads, how to choose and set your own Sankalpa (intention), and experience guided mindfulness as you create your own mala bead necklace. Each bead will become a reflection of calm awareness and your unique journey toward inner peace.
🧩 Skill Level/Age Range: All levels/ 14+
📃 Student Instructions: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle seated meditation and bring an open heart and mind.
🔨 Materials Needed: All materials will be provided to make your own unique mala bead necklace. You’re welcome to bring any special beads or charms to personalize your creation.
