This immersive workshop is designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the world around you.Through the grounding power of sound healing and the expressive freedom of intuitive art, you’ll learn to listen beyond words—into sensation, emotion, energy, and intuition.
Sound Healer Nina Bryden will first guide you with a gentle sound healing journey to soften the nervous system and awaken the senses. As the vibrations move through the body, you’ll be guided to notice subtle messages, imagery, and feelings that arise.
From this state of deep presence, you’ll transition into intuitive art-making, led by Ashley James. You will use color, movement, and mark-making to visually express what you heard, felt, and discovered.
