About this Event

Jointly developed by Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board and Kent Arts and Wellbeing ,the conference aims to increase awareness of and friendliness toward the Armed Forces community and promote One Network a platform designed to provide a free and readily accessible source of information and networking.

The conference will include a range of speakers covering issues that are and will become increasingly relevant to primary care, and provide an opportunity to meet with veterans with lived experience of our health system.

Given the health profile of the veteran community, they will be an important cohort within the initial remit of single Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. We think that the impending changes to the Covenant duty and the introduction of single INTs, makes this conference a timely one that can help practices prepare
