About this Event

Making Room to Grow

Are you working from home and interested in exploring how your home environment could better support your wellbeing?

Join a series of 90-minute interactive workshops exploring experiences of homeworking and creative ways to adapt your space. No previous design or DIY experience is needed—just your experiences and ideas.

9th Sept 13:00-15:00

10th Sept 10:30-12:30

What will the workshops involve?

Discover & Share

We’ll start by introducing some ideas around homeworking spaces, common challenges, and ways of adapting our homes to make working from home more comfortable and supportive.

Talk & Explore

Through interactive activities and conversations, we’ll share experiences of homeworking and explore how our homes can affect our comfort and wellbeing. A hands-on toolkit will help us think about possible DIY solutions alongside factors such as time, finances, tenancy, available resources, and thermal comfort.

Come along to share your experience, exchange ideas, and help explore new ways of making our homes work better for us!
