There’s a reason why we tap our feet along to a beat - music makes us feel good, helps us express our emotions, and it’s great for our wellbeing.
Join us for mindful music making, with rhythms, jams and songs to make you feel good. We’ll explore a range of instruments and songwriting techniques to create our own music for you to find your place in, as a drummer or a strummer or a singer, all with no previous experience necessary.
